The Initial Consultation: When we first begin working together, I spend time getting to know the needs and wishes of the group. From destination, to budget, to ages of travelers and where everyone is coming from, we will discuss it all!
The Plans Take Shape: After our consultation, I begin research with my preferred suppliers to find options that meet your needs and then prepare a quote for you to review. We discuss options together so you can ask questions and share your feedback.
Decisions are Made: Once you have chosen your dates and destination, I get to work booking you and your friends and family. I remove your planning stress by assisting with insurance, payments, transfers, air, and other important details.
Get Ready for Fun: It’s fun to get excited for your upcoming vacation! Why not plan a travel night with those who will be traveling together? Have a potluck (maybe prepare some cuisine of your destination?), discuss your plans, and I’ll answer your questions. Start a Facebook group so whether you’re near or far you can discuss trip plans easily.
