INGREDIENTS:
1 Thai chili pepper
3/4-ounce Grand Marnier
2 ounces rum
3/4-ounce squeezed lime juice
3/4-ounce pineapple juice
1/2-ounce Thai coconut milk
Garnish: pineapple wedge
Garnish: Thai chili pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Muddle (gently) the Thai chili pepper and Grand Marnier.
Add the remaining ingredients with ice and shake about 1 minute.
Double-strain into a mug filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a Thai chili pepper
TIP:
