The Expedition Penthouse Suite

Ah, the Expedition Penthouse (EP) Suite. Here’s a look at this impressive suite. The Expedition Penthouse Suite is a stunning 985 square feet plus an additional 684 square feet on the private veranda.

Expedition Suite guests who want an even larger space can add the suite next door in some cases, Deluxe Suite with Veranda. That’s an extra 304-square foot suite with an additional living area, bedroom, full bathroom & veranda. When booking both suites, you can enjoy 1,290 square feet of inside space, plus the 735 square feet of balcony space.

The Entry

Heading inside the Expedition Penthouse Suite, to the right you’ll spot a door to the bedroom area with a single bed, desk, TV, and compact bathroom that has its own shower, toilet & sink. It’s the just right, comfortable yet compact bedroom & bath area for a single person or child, travel companion, assistant or a friend or relative of the guests staying in the suite’s master bedroom.

Across from that single accommodation is also a separate guest bathroom!

Main Living Area

As you continue further into the suite, you will come into a large living room area furnished with not just 1 but 2 comfortable sofas, an office area with desk on one side & a huge flat screen TV that’s wall mounted. You can use 1 of 2 lovely cocktail tables & enjoy the cozy fireplace effect just below the TV screen.

In the same area, you’ll spot a door that leads to the attached suite, if available. Glass running floor-to-ceiling allows a lot of natural light plus access to the big veranda.(See photo below).

Dining Area

Next to the living room is a big dining room with a surprisingly large sized table with 6 chairs, another chair, and inside the nearby credenza you’ll find a mini-bar and more!

Master Bedroom

Further in is the master bedroom with a generous, king size bed, which can be adjusted to be 2 twins as well. It also features a dresser, nice artwork (which is all through the suite) & of course, a big TV that actually glides up from the cabinetry at the foot of the bed!

You would enjoy sea views in this stateroom of course, plus direct access to the huge wrap-around balcony. Additional features I like are the integrated reading lights, nightstands with USB outlets & its pampered vibe. There are 2 shaggy, soft, and elegant accent pillows which is a creative touch to the bedroom’s nice bedding set up!

Master Bathroom

Guests using the master bedroom can walk directly into their en suite master bathroom. The top perk if you ask me, is the whirlpool soaking tub for 2! The balcony’s outdoor furnishings are able to be seen through floor-to-ceiling glass.

This stunning cruise bathroom has 2 sinks, heated floors, a big glass-enclosed rain shower & separate toilet area with sink. You also would find eco-friendly bath products by Caudalie , comfortable, soft kimonos, not to mention plush ETRO robes & slippers, too.

Isn’t it just stunning?
