Motivation Monday: 15 Epic Cruise Ships Arriving (or Arrived) in 2021 & Beyond

Staying with our “Plan a Cruise” month theme here at Easy Breezy Journeys, I thought you might enjoy some of the newest ships being released! Some of the industry’s biggest names are welcoming or about to welcome guests to the world’s oceans & rivers with new vessels ranging from intimate to absolutely enormous. Here are some of the most highly anticipated ones set to launch (some that have already) in 2021 and beyond!

Special Features: consuming as low as one-fifth the fuel compared to conventional ship systems, this expedition ship’s hydro-jet propulsion system will even allow it to cruise up to five knots without disturbing marine wildlife so guests can look forward to up-close encounters!

Norwegian Prima

When: Summer 2022
Special Features: Norwegian welcomes its first-in-class Prima on which passengers will be able to walk over water on the glass bridge & enjoy personal service from a 24-hour butler as well as world-class amenities when booking The Haven experience.

Wonder of the Seas

Special Features: Royal Caribbean International is calling Wonder of the Seas its “boldest ship ever in Shanghai” as it will feature a ton of awesome amenities, including the tallest slide at sea in Ultimate Abyss, an AquaTheater as well as amazing dining venues for foodies. This ship will sail its inaugural season in China.

Celebrity Beyond

Special Features: A most luxurious Celebrity Beyond will feature a stunning rooftop garden as well as a new restaurant by world-renowned chef Daniel Boulud, plus an inviting resort deck equipped with an adults-only Solarium pool, main pool, and The Magic Carpet, a cantilevered, floating platform that soars up to 13 stories above sea level!

Disney Wish

Viking Mississippi

Princess Discovery

Seven Seas Grandeur

Seabourn Venture

Special Features: This new ultra-luxury purpose-built expedition ship includes a pair of custom-built submarines, double sea kayaks, mountain bikes and e-bikes as well as two dozen Zodiacs that can accommodate every guest at once.

American Melody
