This recipe is derived from bartender named Bonnie on the cruise ship Disney Dream. It is this bartender’s original recipe that they entered in a cast member competition, and this bartender won, and after that, it was on the menu. Enjoy this delightful cocktail!
Ingredients:
- 1oz Midori
- 1oz Coconut Rum
- 1oz pineapple juice
- Whipped cream
Directions:
- Combine ingredients in a shaker using ice to make it super refreshing!
- Strain into your favorite martini glass.
