INGREDIENTS
2 Oz. Gin
1/2 Oz. Blue Curacao
3/4 Oz. Lemon juice or Sweet & Sour mix
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
Add ice, and shake
Strain into a martini glass or champagne flute
Garnish with a lemon twist
NOTE
You can also make the more original version of this cocktail by substituting the Blue Curacao with Creme de Violette, which creates a lavender-hued Blue Moon.
